Araldite Rapid offers the same features as the Araldite Precision (above) but sets more quickly. Again sold as a two- part kit containing 15 ml. tubes of resin and hardener, Araldite Rapid should be mixed for about 45 seconds and then used within four minutes. While the joint sets in about ten minutes, it is suggested that an hour be allowed to pass before the item is handled roughly. Excess adhesive can be removed using a sharp knife before it sets completely.
