The eModels Head Office is a working enviroment with large deliveries arriving daily. We are not a traditional model shop by any means. Our premises are primarily set up for online mail order however we do welcome your custom, "come and visit us!" We have internet access & catalogues in the foyer.

We do not operate an Argos Style collection system so you will be able to wonder and explore the deep depths of our well stocked shelves, however you will have to ignore our enthusiastic warehouse staff as they are anxiously sprinting around the warehouse floor picking and preparing orders for our online customers who want their order the next day!

Simply just ask for Richard (Retail Sales Manager) and he will be happy to talk to you all day long about models in general, literally! For those that knew Fred, Fred is now retired and building models at home on a daily basis however we can still not keep him away from our Model Hobby Store!

Our Model Hobby Store in Hanley is smaller than our mail order warehouse in Longton however we have utilized the space to its full potential. We have a range of Radio Controlled Models, Plastic Model Kits, Model Gift Sets, Diecast Motorbikes, Cars, Planes, Modelling Tools, Tamiya, Revell, Vallejo and Humbrol Enamel/Acrylic Paints, Airbrushes, Paint Brushes, Glues etc... the list goes on "come and visit us!" As you walk into the entrance of the Potteries Centre ground floor market simply look right.
