Please don't worry! although very infrequent, occasionally a Royal Mail delivery takes longer than expected but invariably they do arrive.

Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days from date of posting, but may take a little longer if there are circumstances beyond our control i.e. disrupted postal services due weather conditions.

Missing or delayed items:

If you have not received your order you must notify us within 14 days from the date of dispatch (as advised by email).

Overseas customers must inform us within 25 days of dispatch.

Please note that we will need to wait 15 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

For items apparently lost in the post we will require you to sign a simple declaration to confirm that you have not received the item before the refund can be issued.
