No matter where you are or the size of the parcel, all UK orders are processed with a postage and packing charge of only £3.75!
At eModels we take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and we seriously pride ourselves on our packing. All product's are carefully inspected, wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded in cardboard and then boxed to insure you receive them in excellent condition.
Next Day delivery orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will not be shipped until the next working day which is Monday for Tuesday delivery. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then it will be shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
Please note that if our standard postage service is selected then we do not pay for any form of tracking on our items. Therefore once your product has left our production facility we are not able to give an accurate date of arrival, only an estimate based on our postage records.
Store Pickup During the checkout process you will also have the option for Store Pick up this will obviously exclude any shipping costs incurred.
Not at home during the day? No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. During the checkout process under the Delivery Information title select the button Change Address.
Next Day Delivery UK Only

Please kindly note eModels holds stock in two locations. eModels Longton and eModels Hanley. Depending on where your stock is held depends whether or not we can ship your order for Next Day Delivery.
If you're shopping basket displays the yellow truck in the right menu your order will qualify for next day delivery.
Overseas Customers
Our aim is to give you the cheapest and yet most reliable service possible. To do this we use several different courier companies which vary dependant on the weight of your goods and the destination country.
1) During the checkout shipping page your shipping cost will display a zero value.
2) Once you have sent us your order we will work out which service is the most cost effective for you.
3) By email, we will then confirm the shipping costs for your order and send you a payment request.
4) Your order will be dispatched immediately following receipt of your payment.
We are currently adding product weights to our inventory system so soon our website will be able to calculate the shipping price for you as you proceed through the checkout process. However using the current International shipping method your will find you are getting a more accurate competitive rate compared to our competitors! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
eModels holds a receipt issued by Royal Mail as proof that the goods have been given to Royal Mail ready for delivery.
If any of the above Postage cost's are different you will be notified by email or phone. You will only be phoned if you have provided us with your telephone number by creating an account with emodels.co.uk during the checkout proccess.
Have you seen cheaper shipping costs ?
If you have seen the shipping cost cheaper on another competitor's website we will beat it. If the competitor offers free shipping unfortunately we will not be able to honour this offer. Simply place your order as normal. During the checkout process there is a field that says add extra comments to your order for example you could type: leave delivery behind the garden shed.
In that field tell us how much you have seen the shipping cost for and the website address. If we find it is cheaper we will beat the shipping cost! We will deduct the shipping amount from your payment when the goods are ready for despatch.
Please Note: If you have seen the shipping cost cheaper and do proceed to the checkout we do investigate before we apply any type of payment deduction to your shipping cost.
