The Martin B-26B Marauder was one of the most advanced and fastest medium bombers of the Second World War.

Introduced in 1941, the B-26 earned a reputation for its sleek design, high speed, and exceptional performance at medium altitudes.

Powered by two Pratt & Whitney R-2800 radial engines, the Marauder combined impressive range with the ability to deliver precision strikes against strategic targets across Europe and the Pacific.

The B-26B variant incorporated key improvements, including upgraded defensive armament, strengthened structures, and enhanced operational reliability.

Flown by the USAAF in both the Mediterranean and European theatres, the Marauder achieved one of the lowest loss rates of any Allied bomber, thanks to improved tactics and growing pilot experience.

Short Description	Fast, twin-engine medium bomber used by the USAAF during World War II. Entering service in 1941, it featured tricycle landing gear, a sleek fuselage, and was powered by two Pratt & Whitney R-2800 radial engines. Early handling challenges were addressed through design changes, including a broader wingspan and tail. Armed with multiple .50?cal machine guns and capable of carrying up to 4,000?lbs of bombs, the B-26 saw extensive use in Europe and the Mediterranean.
