The North American P-51B/C Mustang is an iconic World War II fighter aircraft that played a significant role in the Allied victory during the conflict.
Introduced in the early 1940s, the P-51B and P-51C variants of the Mustang were an evolution of the earlier P-51A model, featuring several improvements that made it a formidable fighter.
