With the TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4, you can experience bigger, better bashing now - then upgrade later to brushless power and reach even greater performance peaks.

With a low center of gravity, high-downforce wing, wide arms, and multi-surface wheels and tyres, the TYPHON MEGA has proven to be the ideal platform for easing your way into aggressive 1/8 scale bashing. Super-durable and easy to handle, it lets you tackle a larger size and faster speeds with complete confidence.

Now the TYPHON MEGA 665 4x4 takes the popular buggy’s impressive performance to the next level. Its high-speed MEGA 665 brushed motor is 11% larger than the 550-size motor of its predecessor, with an aluminium heatsink and 35mm cooling fan to boost efficiency and power. If you’re eventually aiming to go brushless, the included transmission is already 3S brushless-ready. It’s also protected against damage from excessive torque by a new, maintenance-free overload coupling.

Large chassis side guards lock out dirt. An all-terrain suspension and oil-filled, coilover shocks soak up bumps. You can adjust the ride height over uneven surfaces to add more ground clearance. Whatever the conditions, the multi-surface dBoots 2-HO tyres provide awesome traction.

The TYPHON body comes factory-finished in several fresh colour schemes, and now uses a clipless body retention system to preserve its lean, smooth looks. Rounding out this ready-to-run package are high-quality Spektrum electronics, including an SLT2 2.4GHz transmitter, LiPo-ready SLT 2-in-1 40A ESC/Receiver, and S661 digital metal-gear servo for precise, powerful steering.
