The Garford-Putilov Armoured Car, also known as the Russo-Balt, is a historic armored vehicle that played a significant role during World War I and the Russian Civil War.

Produced in Russia in collaboration between the American Garford Motor Truck Company and the Russian Putilov plant, this vehicle boasted a robust design and impressive firepower for its time.

It featured thick armor plating, typically around 10mm thick, providing protection against small arms fire and shrapnel.

Armed with machine guns mounted in various configurations, such as turret or hull-mounted, it served effectively in reconnaissance, patrol, and escort duties on the Eastern Front during World War I and later in the turbulent years of the Russian Civil War.

The Garford-Putilov Armoured Car demonstrated adaptability and resilience in various combat scenarios, earning its place as one of the notable armored vehicles of its era.
