• New remote control- the new remote has a gimbal control dial rather than the tilt lever, offering better control. It also has a built-in rechargeable LPo and battery level LED indicators. If you pull the throttle stock all the way down to descend, it will lock into place and the Phantom will descend steaduly. Just push upwards to release the throttle lock. The new controller also has a trainer port.
• New Motors- The new 2312 motors are more reliable, durable and efficient than ever before. Output power has been increased by 25% without adding any weight.
• New Propellers- New 9450 low-vibration propellers offer more thrust and will allow you to add extra weight to the Phantom without sacrificing flight time.

Return To Home

As with the other Phantoms this Vision+ will automatically return to home if it goes out of range and signal is lost, or if you choose to enable the return to home feature from the phone app. This gives you peace of mind and means you won't have to worry about it flying away into the distance. Once the Vision+ return to home feature is enabled it will automatically fly back to its takeoff point and will land itself safely. Smart and safe, the Vision+ is perfect for beginner flyers - being GPS enabled means the Vision+ knows where it is and you can even let go of all controls and it will stop and hover where it is - even in moderate winds.

Radar Positioning

The Vision+ has a new feature - radar positioning. This means flight radar will display the current position of the Phantom 2 Vision+ in relation to where you are. You can see this by choosing the radar screen on your phone app. There's not much the app can't do!

3-Axis Stabilized Gimbal

A 3-Axis gimbal will enable you to get incredibly smooth, high quality footage. The aircraft will pitch, roll and yaw during flight but the stabilised gimbal means the camera will stay completely still. Using the phone app you can tilt the camera up and down as you fly. It can even tilt 90 degrees and point straight down unlike the previous Vision. This will give you a completely unique perspective and will allow you to capture some truly amazing footage or images.

High Performance Camera

The Phantom 2 Vision+ contains a high quality camera that is cpable of shooting full HD video at 1080p at 30fps and also shoots in 720p at 60fps for slow motion footage. The stills are captured at a fantastic 14 megapixels and the Vision+ can record in an Adobe DNG Raw format. The camera has a super wide angle lens but you can choose to set it to medium or narrow fields of view if you wish. It has a resolution of 4384x3288 and a recording field of view of 110°/85°. In order to make post filming adjustments, Adobe lens profile is supported. This software removes any barrel distortion from the image.
