The F-15J Eagle is a twin-engine, all-weather air superiority fighter operated exclusively by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF).

Based on the American McDonnell Douglas F-15C, the F-15J was produced under license by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, with modifications tailored for Japan’s defense needs.

Since its introduction in the early 1980s, the F-15J has formed the backbone of Japan’s air defense, renowned for its speed, agility, and unmatched aerial combat capabilities.
