The AGO C.IV was a reconnaissance and light bomber aircraft that served in the German Air Force (Luftstreitkräfte) during World War I.
Developed by AGO Flugzeugwerke, it was designed to replace the earlier AGO C.III model and improve upon its performance and capabilities.
The AGO C.IV featured a biplane configuration with a fabric-covered wooden airframe. It had a crew of two, consisting of a pilot and an observer/gunner.
The observer sat in an open cockpit positioned in front of the pilot, providing an unobstructed view for reconnaissance and observation purposes.
Powered by a reliable inline engine, the AGO C.IV demonstrated respectable performance for its time.
