BMW, which has had a brilliant impact on motorsport since its inception, has won many victories in four-wheeled vehicle racing, especially in the field of touring cars. BMW's latest touring car race model is the M8 GTE. The base is BMW's flagship model, the M8 Coupe, a two-door coupe with a luxurious body design and high performance. The race version features an engine with a displacement of four liters, equipped with a turbocharged V8 cylinder on the front. The body was equipped with parts to enhance its aerodynamic performance, including a large rear wing and rear diffuser. The M8 GTE made its debut in the 2018 24 Hours of Daytona race; it took part in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, won its class in the 2019 24 Hours of Daytona, and won its class in 2020 for the second consecutive year.
This model kit from NuNu brings us a 1/24-scale replica of the BMW machine developed for the World Endurance Race Championship! The powerful aero parts equipped to the stylish two-door coupe are accurately reproduced; the roll bar and large air ducts are also duplicated. The interior is well detailed; the markings are those of the black machine that participated in the traditional 24 Hours of Daytona race held in the United States in 2020, winning its class for the second consecutive year.
