The SNCAC NC.701 Martinet was a French military training aircraft developed in the years following World War II.

Produced by SNCAC (Société Nationale de Constructions Aéronautiques du Centre), the Martinet served as a versatile platform for training pilots and navigators in both the French Air Force and Navy.

Featuring a twin-engine configuration and a low-wing design, the NC.701 Martinet offered stable flight characteristics and ease of handling, making it well-suited for training purposes.

The aircraft's spacious cockpit accommodated an instructor and trainee side-by-side, with advanced instrumentation and communication equipment to simulate real-world flying scenarios.

Short Description	The German Siebel Si 204 was developed just before the Second World War as a modern transport aircraft. The outbreak of the war meant a change in the type's purpose and it began to fly for the Luftwaffe as a trainer. This variety of the Siebel was also produced in occupied countries, in Czechoslovakia and in France. And in both these countries, the production went on also after the war had ended. The French produced several various versions and even with three-bladed propellers. These airframes were exported to the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden, too. Our model of the NC-701 Martinet transport version offers decals for a French Aeronavale option, one as used by the Polish LOT transport company and finally a Swedish civilian machine.
