Designed for long-range strike, anti-submarine, and air defense missions, these advanced frigates feature stealth shaping, modern sensors, and a versatile weapons suite.
The lead ship, Admiral Gorshkov, is equipped with Kalibr and Zircon cruise missiles, a navalized Poliment-Redut air defense system, and state-of-the-art electronic warfare capabilities.
Balancing firepower, endurance, and technological sophistication, the class forms the backbone of Russia’s modern surface fleet.
