Tamiya welcomes a new version of the T-34-85 Russian medium tank into the 1/48 Military Miniature Series! The T-34-85 was a re-evaluation of the trusty T-34-76 that had run into trouble against powerful German foes like the Tiger I and Panther. In addition to superior survivability and mobility, the T-34-85 had a larger, heavier-armored turret with 85mm long barrel gun. With more than 25,000 produced from 1944 to 1946, this tank contributed to the triumphant advance of the Red Army during the latter part of the war.
About the Model
★This is a 1/48 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 169mm, width: 63mm. ★Sloped armor, large turret and 85mm long barrel gun are accurately captured. ★Weld lines and cast textures are also recreated. ★Assembly type tracks have one-piece straight sections. ★Comes with a commander torso figure and two marking options for vehicles in the invasion of Germany, 1945.
