The Mi-4 Hound is a medium-lift helicopter that was developed by the Soviet Union in the 1950s.

It was one of the first Soviet helicopters to enter mass production and saw extensive use in both military and civilian applications.

The Mi-4 Hound is a single-engine helicopter with a maximum speed of up to 185 km/h and a range of up to 400 km.

It can carry up to 16 passengers or 1,500 kg of cargo, making it suitable for a variety of missions, including transport, search and rescue, and aerial surveying.

The helicopter saw extensive use during the Vietnam War, where it was used by the North Vietnamese Army to transport troops and supplies.

It was also used by the Soviet Union and other countries during the Cold War and beyond.

Although the Mi-4 Hound has largely been replaced by more modern helicopters, it remains an important part of the history of Soviet and Russian aviation technology.

Its development and success paved the way for future generations of helicopters, and its reliability and versatility continue to inspire admiration and respect from aviation enthusiasts around the world.
