The Enstrom 480 is a lightweight turbine-powered helicopter developed in the United States, known for its reliability, stability, and versatility across civil and military roles.
It represents a turbine evolution of Enstrom’s long-established piston-engine helicopter family, combining proven airframe design with modern turbine performance.
Powered by an Allison 250-C20W turboshaft engine, the Enstrom 480 delivers smooth power output and improved performance in hot and high conditions compared to piston-powered variants.
