The French Reconnaissance Tank AMR35 ZT 1b, introduced in the 1930s, was a compact yet agile vehicle designed primarily for reconnaissance missions.

Featuring a lightweight design and armed with a 13.2 mm Hotchkiss machine gun, this tankette boasted remarkable speed and maneuverability, making it ideal for scouting enemy positions and gathering intelligence on the battlefield.

Despite its limited armor and armament, the AMR35 ZT 1b played a significant role in French armored divisions during the interwar period and early stages of World War II.

Its compact size and agility allowed it to navigate challenging terrain with ease, providing crucial support to infantry units and larger armored formations.
