The US Army CCKW-352 6x6 MG Ring Mount Version Truck was a shorter-wheelbase variant of the standard CCKW series used extensively during World War II for transporting troops, supplies, and artillery.

Equipped with a ring mount above the cab, it could mount an M2 .50 caliber machine gun for convoy protection and defense against low-flying aircraft.

The CCKW-352 was often paired with the M2A1 105mm Howitzer, a towed artillery piece used for providing indirect fire support.

The M2A1 was a reliable and versatile field gun, capable of delivering high-explosive, smoke, and illumination rounds with a range of up to 11,000 meters.

Together, this combination provided essential mobility and firepower, ensuring effective artillery support for advancing Allied forces.
