The Avia Bš-122 was a Czechoslovak-designed advanced trainer biplane used by the Royal Bulgarian Air Force during World War II.

Based on the Avia B-122 series, this aircraft was robust, agile, and ideally suited for preparing pilots in aerobatics, formation flying, and combat maneuvers.

Its open cockpit, fabric-covered structure, and fixed undercarriage made it a reliable and forgiving platform for pilot training.

Though not a frontline combat aircraft, the Bš-122 played a vital role in developing Bulgaria’s military aviation capabilities throughout the war.

Its elegant biplane design and dependable flight characteristics made it a mainstay in Bulgarian training squadrons well into the 1940s.
