The Focke-Wulf Fw-190D-11 Sorau Factory Series was a variant of the renowned German fighter aircraft used during World War II.
Manufactured at the Sorau factory, this model featured several modifications from earlier versions, including improved armament and upgraded engine components.
Equipped with a powerful Daimler-Benz DB 603 engine, the Fw-190D-11 boasted enhanced performance at high altitudes, making it a formidable adversary for Allied aircraft.
Its armament typically included machine guns and cannons, providing formidable firepower in air-to-air combat.
Despite production challenges and limited numbers, the Fw-190D-11 Sorau Factory Series made significant contributions to the Luftwaffe's efforts, particularly in defending German airspace during the latter stages of the war.
