The Bofors 37 mm Anti-Tank Gun was a light anti-tank weapon developed by the Swedish company Bofors in the 1930s.
Weighing around 370 kg, it was highly mobile and effective against early World War II-era tanks. It fired 37×257mm shells with a muzzle velocity of 850 m/s, capable of penetrating up to 30 mm of armor at 500 meters.
Used by multiple nations, including Sweden, Poland, Finland, and Germany, it saw action in conflicts like the Winter War and the early Blitzkrieg campaigns.
Though effective in the 1930s, it became obsolete against heavily armored tanks by the mid-war period.
