The Leopard 2A5/A6NL Main Battle Tank represents the advanced evolution of the Leopard 2 family in service with the Royal Netherlands Army.

These upgraded variants combine enhanced protection, firepower, and modern battlefield systems, ensuring continued effectiveness in contemporary operations.

Based on the proven Leopard 2 platform developed by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, the A5 and A6NL versions incorporate significant improvements over earlier models.
