The BL 4.5-inch Field Gun Mk.2 was a British artillery piece developed during the early years of the Second World War to provide long-range fire support for the British Army.

Designed to replace older First World War-era artillery, the gun offered improved range, mobility and firepower, making it a valuable asset for field artillery units operating alongside advancing ground forces.
