The ATZ-4-131 was a Soviet military fuel bowser based on the dependable ZIL-131 chassis, designed to provide mobile refuelling support for frontline units.
Serving with the Soviet Army, it played a crucial role in sustaining mechanised operations across a wide range of environments.
Equipped with a fuel tank of approximately 4,000 litres, the ATZ-4-131 was capable of transporting and dispensing fuel efficiently to vehicles and equipment in the field.
Its integrated pumping systems and hose equipment allowed for rapid refuelling, helping to minimise downtime and maintain operational readiness.
Mounted on the rugged ZIL-131 6×6 chassis, the vehicle offered excellent off-road performance, enabling it to operate in difficult terrain such as mud, snow, and unprepared ground.
